The first post

So after reading some 100s of blogs by some close friends I have decided to blog as well. Thought wouldn't get to a stage where this would be needed but felt that it was absolutely necessary to put thoughts down somewhere for future reference so that I could understand where I was in the evolution process at that point of time.
